Re Pallet Delivery Charges

Re For an additional £15.00 + VAT = £18.00 you can choose an AM service

Delivery Note:

Pallet delivery is to the roadside by a pallet network tail lift vehicle – you will need help with you on the day – the driver will lower the pallet down and then can only help with their pallet truck if a completely flat hard surface – no slopes, kerbs, gravel, cobbles etc.

Please:

a) check it thoroughly before signing for the kiln

b) take the shelves and any boxes, glazes etc out of the kiln before tilting / moving the kiln

On the day you can contact us for estimated time of arrival if the depot has not already texted you.
