Pallet Delivery Charges

Pallet delivery charges are indicated below and depend on the area of the Country in which you live. If there are any access restrictions, weight restrictions, narrow road that would not take a full sized lorry please tell us at the time of ordering as this may incur additional charges.

Re Pallet Delivery Charges

Re For an additional £15.00 + VAT = £18.00 you can choose an AM service for most of the UK

Delivery Note:

Pallet delivery is to the roadside by a pallet network tail lift vehicle – you will need help with you on the day – the driver will lower the pallet down and then can only help with their pallet truck if a completely flat hard surface – no slopes, kerbs, gravel, cobbles etc.

Please:

a) check it thoroughly before signing for the kiln

b) take the shelves and any boxes, glazes etc out of the kiln before tilting / moving the kiln
