I bought a new Rohde Ecotop kiln from this supplier last year. Though I wasn’t a complete novice of Ceramics I had no experience of using a kiln myself, having relied on the skills of a teacher at a pottery class to sort out the firing side of things. With Lockdown I decided to invest in my own kiln. I dithered over whether to get one second hand or new, opting in the end for new.

I have nothing but praise for this company that have given me superb service since I made this purchase. They have a staff member at this branch who is very patient with customers and can explain safe use of this machine over the phone. I have had a few firing issues – of my own making – which Graeme has helped me sort out. They deserve these 5 stars!
