The Nabertherm TOP 140-40 amp single phase pottery kiln – now with the new AC590 50 program / 40 ramp controller – if you are looking for a fairly wide, fairly tall powerful kiln for full stoneware and porcelain this could be the perfect kiln for your workshop. Attractive design with good firing results. This top loader is perfectly suited for a large home studio or medium sized workshop studio. Internal dimensions 550mm diameter x 570mm tall – a good shape being fairly wide and tall. Suitable for studio production being a powerful kiln whilst keeping within 40 amps. Also available as a 3-Phase kiln.

- Single phase kilns need an electrician fitted dedicated cable from the consumer unit – fuse board – to an isolator or blue commando socket of the right ampage close to the kiln; and a C Type MCB breaker in the fuse board – not RCBO or RCD type breakers as they are too sensitive. Please check with us which blue commando socket to use.
