These guys are amazing. Took me several weeks to take the plunge and purchase a kiln. I was expertly guided every step of the way, no question too tedious, no question too frivolous. Once purchase was made delivery was excellent kiln was so well packaged. I placed an additional order for underglaze that was added to the kiln delivery to save delivery costs. Once arrived I had several ongoing questions that were answered without issue – after sales support – perfection. I’ve had guidance on firing and glazing which is really above and beyond the kiln purchase. Amazing and much appreciated, as a Beginner there is a lot to learn and the support CTM provide is invaluable . The CTM website cites a kiln purchase is a big decision £3000+ and that you will be supported all the way. My experience suggests that the guys are passionate about what they do and want you to make an informed supported decision to enhance your ceramics pathway.
