Rohde TE80S Professional Kiln
- Designed with high insulation for regular use at temperatures suitable for earthenware, high stoneware and porcelain firing.
- Due to it’s size this S range kiln does NOT have floor heating.
- Can be taken apart to go through doorways as narrow as 550mm.
- Reversible kiln stand to lower or raise the kiln.
- Rohde kilns come as standard with the ST310 controller – with 32 program slots, each with two heating ramps, soak, one controlled cooling ramp and then natural cooling; it can be upgraded at the time of ordering the kiln to the ST411 controller which has 32 heating/cooling ramps and each ramp can have a soak. Both of the controllers can connect to your wifi if within range and then to the Rohde My App.
- This is a 26 amp kiln and would require an electrician fitted dedicated cable from the consumer unit / fuse board
- All TE-MCC and TE-S top loading kilns come with a 63 amp cable and 63 amp commando plug. We recommend a C Type MCB preferably not RCBO or RCD type breakers as they can be too sensitive. We are happy for your electrician to get in touch with us..
- Typical lead time for manufacture and shipping to the UK is 6-8 weeks – however, WE USUALLY HAVE THIS KILN IN STOCK OR DUE IN – please ask
- If you do not need to take apart and will not wish to extend it later you might consider the new high insulation Rohde Ecotop 80S which is a highly energy efficient range, usually cheaper as they cannot be taken apart though do not have floor heating.
